Introducing Flexible Receiving Accounts

Receive funds like a local in USD, EUR, and GBP, or choose from our list of 30+ supported currencies.

Global business requires global banking infrastructure. Today, we are taking a massive step forward by upgrading our Receiving Accounts infrastructure to offer native support for the world's major currencies, while giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for your business.

Plan Availability

Receiving accounts are exclusively available to merchants on the Pro Growth and Business plans:

  • Pro Growth: Select one dedicated receiving account (e.g., USD only).
  • Business: Access to all default receiving accounts (USD, EUR, GBP) plus additional supported currencies.

Default Currencies: USD, EUR, GBP

These accounts allow you to receive funds from customers or platforms (like Amazon, Stripe, or Upwork) as if you were a local business:

  • USD (United States Dollar): ACH and Wire routing numbers for US collections.
  • EUR (Euro): IBANs for SEPA transfers within the Eurozone.
  • GBP (British Pound): Sort code and account number for UK Faster Payments.

Choose Your Currency

We understand that not every business operates in these three zones. That is why we have added a "Supported Currencies" selector. You can now generate receiving accounts in over 30+ currencies including:

  • CAD (Canadian Dollar)
  • AUD (Australian Dollar)
  • SGD (Singapore Dollar)
  • JPY (Japanese Yen)

Reduced FX Fees

By collecting funds in the currency your customers pay in, you avoid double conversion fees. Hold the balance in your Lumen Pay wallet and convert it only when you are ready to withdraw to your local bank.

How to Configure

Go to Dashboard > Banking. You will see your available accounts based on your plan. To add a new currency (Business Plan) or select your primary account (Pro Growth), click "Add Account" and select from the dropdown list.
